Enrollment and Registration Information

New and Returning MVAS Student Enrollment

Step 1: Complete the Pre-Enrollment Form: MVAS Pre-Enrollment Form or Scan the QR Code below. Please note -- This form must be completed prior to your registration appointment.

Step 2: Call the MVAS Office at 951-696-3805 to schedule your registration appointment.

• Programs with continuous enrollment:​​​

  • High School Diploma

  • Digital Literacy - Workforce Prep

  • Citizenship Prep

• Programs with quarterly enrollment:

  • English as a Second Language (ESL)

    • 2026/2027 Open Enrollment Windows for ESL:

      • November 3-5, 2026; November, 10 & 12, 2026

      • January 12-14, 2027

      • March 9-11, 2027

• CASAS eTest (pre-test for enrollment) required for the following programs:

  • High School Diploma

  • English as a Second Language

  • Citizenship Prep

• CASAS eTest (pre-test for enrollment) NOT required for the following programs:

  • Digital Literacy - Workforce Prep

Step 3: Prepare for your Registration Appointment.

• Please complete the pre-enrollment form at least 48 hours before your appointment

• Please bring a valid form of government ID to your appointment

• Registration appointments typically take 1.5-2 hours, depending on time needed to complete your CASAS eTest (if applicable)

Walk-Ins Are Welcome!

• The MVAS office is open Monday - Thursday and accepts walk-ins from 10 AM - 4 PM.

• Please note that MVAS follows the MVUSD district calendar for holidays and non-student days.

Registration for Online Certification Courses Through Ed2Go, CCI, and AUMT Institute

Step 1: Click the registration link for the preferred program:

• MVAS Ed2Go Career Courses: Ed2Go Course Catalog

• MVAS Medical Pathway Programs: Medical Pathway Registration (CCI & AUMT Institute)

Step 2: Click Register Now on the right-hand side in the red box.

Step 3: On the Login page under "New Customer," click on Create an Account. Complete the requested information.

Step 4: Agree to the terms of the contract and acceptable use policy. 

Step 5: After completing the fields, contact the MVAS office at (951) 696-3805) to confirm enrollment.
